*Customer orders are subject to 10% cancellation fee if to cancel after 24 hours from the time the order was placed or 15% fee if after 48 hours. All returned and refused shipments by customers will be charged a minimum 30% restocking fee in addition with shipping costs.
– Replacements for returns are invoiced at the full value and a credit will be issued once we has received and inspected per our policy on the condition of the return. Furthermore, due to the high rate of denied freight claims it is imperative that you must note any damages on the delivery receipt. Should anyone request return or exchange due to freight damage the claim may be denied if the carrier provides us with a clean delivery receipt in which damages were not noted.
